A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
All advance payments are non refundable.
Bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
Cancellation of a booking will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Failure to attend the event without prior notice (no show) will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to venue availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event may incur additional charges.
Any approved rescheduled booking must be held within the timeframe specified by Fantasium management.
Refunds will not be provided for: Reduced guest attendance on the event day. Unconsumed food or unused services.Decorations, entertainment, or add ons that were prepared or reserved for the event.
Fantasium is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, civil unrest, utility failures, pandemics, supplier disruptions, or technical failures. In such cases, management will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event rather than issue a refund.
Fantasium reserves the right to refuse refunds for cancellations or changes that do not comply with the booking terms.
