Safety Policy


At Fantasium, the safety and well-being of our children, parents, guardians, and guests are our top priority. All guests are expected to follow the following safety guidelines while using the venue and its facilities.

Supervision of Children

Parents, guardians, and accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children at all times. Fantasium staff assist with venue operations but do not replace parental or guardian supervision.

Age & Activity Guidelines

Guests must follow the age, height, weight, or other eligibility requirements applicable to specific play areas, activities, or facilities.

Staff Instructions

All guests must follow instructions provided by Fantasium staff. Staff may restrict or stop an activity if they believe it may create a safety risk.

Safe Use of Play Equipment

Children must use all play equipment and facilities only for their intended purpose. Unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate use of equipment is not permitted.

Appropriate Clothing

Children should wear comfortable and activity-appropriate clothing. Guests must follow any specific clothing or footwear requirements applicable to particular play areas.

Socks Requirement

For hygiene and safety purposes, socks may be required in designated play areas. Guests must follow the applicable footwear and hygiene guidelines of the venue.

Prohibited Items

Weapons, hazardous materials, flammable items, and other dangerous objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Food & Drinks in Play Areas

Food and beverages should only be consumed in designated areas. Guests should not bring food or drinks into play zones unless specifically permitted by Fantasium staff.

Illness & Health

Guests who are experiencing fever, contagious illness, or other symptoms that may pose a risk to others are requested not to use the play facilities until they have recovered.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, guests must remain calm and follow the instructions of Fantasium staff. Guests may be required to leave certain areas or the venue when necessary for safety.

Lost Children

If a child becomes separated from their parent or guardian, the matter should be reported to Fantasium staff immediately so that appropriate assistance can be provided.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Fantasium is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the venue.

Accidents & Injuries

Any accident, injury, or safety concern should be reported to Fantasium staff immediately so that appropriate assistance can be provided.

Unsafe Behavior

Running in restricted areas, pushing, fighting, climbing on unauthorized surfaces, misuse of equipment, or any other behavior that may endanger oneself or others is not permitted.

Management's Safety Rights

Fantasium reserves the right to temporarily close or restrict access to any play area, equipment, or facility when required for maintenance, cleaning, safety, emergency situations, or operational reasons.

Compliance with Safety Rules

Failure to follow Fantasium's safety guidelines or staff instructions may result in the guest being asked to stop an activity or leave the relevant area. In serious cases, management may restrict further access to the venue.

 

Important: Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision and safety of children under their care throughout their visit to Fantasium.
