Fantasium – Party & Event Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your party or event booking at Fantasium. By making a booking and paying the required advance amount, the customer agrees to comply with the following terms.

1. Advance Booking

Advance booking is required to secure your preferred event date. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the required advance payment.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule, either before or on the event day.

3. Final Confirmation

All party details, including guest count, menu, decorations, activities, and other arrangements, must be finalized at least 5 working days before the event.

4. Changes to Booking

Any changes to a confirmed booking must be requested at least 3 days before the event. All requested changes are subject to availability and approval by Fantasium.

5. Guest Count & Billing

Billing will be based on the final confirmed number of guests, including children, adults, and ayahs/caregivers.

6. Ayah/Driver Meal Box

Takeaway food boxes with bottled water for ayahs/drivers are available at BDT 600 per person.

7. Children's Discount

Children below 3 years of age will receive a 30% discount, subject to the applicable package terms.

8. Package Details

Party duration, guest capacity, and package inclusions may vary depending on the selected package. Customers are advised to review the package details carefully before confirming their booking.

9. Outside Food

Outside food is not permitted inside the venue, except for birthday cakes and infant food.

10. Outside Decorations

Outside decorations are not permitted. However, small approved add-on decorations may be allowed with prior permission from Fantasium.

11. Entertainment & Special Arrangements

Any outside entertainment, performers, activities, or special arrangements require prior approval from Fantasium management.

12. Damages

Any damage caused by guests to the venue, furniture, equipment, decorations, or other property during the event may be charged to the customer accordingly.

13. Decorations & Activities

Fantasium reserves the right to make minor adjustments to decorations, activities, or other event arrangements based on availability, safety, or operational requirements, without materially affecting the overall event experience.

14. Safety Policy

All guests are required to follow Fantasium's venue safety guidelines and comply with instructions provided by Fantasium staff throughout the event.

15. Management Rights

Fantasium reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary without prior notice. The latest version published on the Fantasium website will be considered the applicable version.

Customer Agreement

By confirming a booking and making the required advance payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
