• 01.Advance Booking: Advance booking is required to secure your preferred event date. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the required advance payment.
• 02. Booking Confirmation & Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule before or on the event day.
• 03. Final Confirmation: All party details, including guest count, menu, decorations, activities, and other arrangements, must be finalized at least 5 working days before the event.
• 04.Changes to Booking: Any changes to the booking must be requested at least 3 days prior to the event and are subject to availability and approval.
• 05.Guest Count & Billing: Billing will be based on the final confirmed number of guests, including children, adults, and ayahs/caregivers.
• 06. Ayah/Driver Meal Box: Takeaway food boxes with bottled water for ayahs/drivers are available at BDT 600 per person.
• 07.Children's Discount: Children below 3 years of age will receive a 30% discount.
• 08. Package Details: Party duration, guest capacity, and package inclusions may vary depending on the selected package.
• 09. Outside Food: Outside food is not permitted, except for birthday cakes and infant food.
• 10. Outside Decorations: Outside decorations are not allowed, except for small approved add-on decorations with prior permission.
• 11. Entertainment & Special Arrangements: Any outside entertainment, performers, or special arrangements require prior approval from Fantasium.
• 12. Damages: Any damage to the venue, equipment, or property caused by guests during the event will be charged accordingly.
• 13. Decorations & Activities: Fantasium reserves the right to make minor adjustments to decorations, activities, or event arrangements based on availability or operational requirements without affecting the overall event experience.
• 14. Safety Policy: All guests are requested to follow venue safety guidelines and comply with staff instructions throughout the event.
• 15. Management Rights: Fantasium reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions whenever necessary without prior notice.

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
• All advance payments are non refundable.
• Bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
• Cancellation of a booking will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
• Failure to attend the event without prior notice (no show) will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to venue availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event may incur additional charges.
• Any approved rescheduled booking must be held within the timeframe specified by Fantasium management.
• Refunds will not be provided for: Reduced guest attendance on the event day. Unconsumed food or unused services.Decorations, entertainment, or add ons that were prepared or reserved for the event.
• Fantasium is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, civil unrest, utility failures, pandemics, supplier disruptions, or technical failures. In such cases, management will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event rather than issue a refund.
• Fantasium reserves the right to refuse refunds for cancellations or changes that do not comply with the booking terms.
